My name is Bonnie and I’ve been practicing psychotherapy since 2022. Using a client-centered eclectic therapeutic framework, I’ve supported clients in anxiety, depression, PTSD management, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, intrusive ruminating thoughts, stressful work situations, communication in relationships, and gaining a better understanding of thought and behavioural patterns. Using this integrative approach allows utilization of various therapies and techniques to be individualized and tailored to client’s specific needs and preferences.

Clients attend therapy for many different reasons and require different levels of support. Many clients benefit from alternative perspectives, gaining psychoeducation and learning practical coping skills that can be applied in real life situations. While other clients require deeper trauma work with more structured therapeutic interventions that enable cognitive restructuring and release of mental and emotional blocks. So, whether you’re searching for a safe space to vent frustrations, get to know yourself better, or begin a deeper journey of personal transformation… The session is yours.
