My name is Bonnie and I’ve been practicing psychotherapy since 2022. Using a client-centered eclectic therapeutic framework, I’ve supported clients in anxiety/depression/PTSD management, recovering from burnout, dealing with stressful work situations and gaining a better understanding of the science behind their internal experiences along with relationships. This integrative approach allows me to utilize various therapies and techniques based on what best suits client’s personal preferences and specific needs.

Clients come to therapy for a range of reasons. Some seek to gain support in ongoing mental/emotional and relational difficulties, while others are simply interested in knowing themselves better. So, whether you’re searching for a safe space to vent frustrations or just to gain an alternative perspective. The session is yours.

It’s important to understand: What works for one client doesn’t always work for another. I help clients find what tools and therapeutic approaches specifically work for them, without the need of a referral or long-term commitment. Therapy is done on your terms and at your own pace.
