Therapy is a process that can help move you towards being the healthiest version of yourself.

Values

As a helping professional, my top priority is client safety, wellness, confidentiality, and privacy. My mission is to honour therapist-client transparency as well as autonomy.

Treatment Approach

field pathA variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and techniques are used to address clients’ unique mental health needs. Treatment plans are client-centered and tailored to each individual’s presenting concerns and personal circumstances. Many successful treatment plans will utilize an integrated/eclectic foundation of therapies consisting of trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, acceptance and commitment therapy, behavioral therapy, compassion-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), existential/humanistic therapy, internal family systems, interpersonal therapy, narrative therapy, psychoanalysis, schema therapy, solution-focused therapy, and somatic therapy. Treatment includes clients learning psychoeducation to better understand the science behind mind-body functioning and nervous system responses, expanding self-awareness to individual behavioural patterns stagnating personal progress, and acquiring practical tools to help sustain insights and growth experienced in therapy.

It is my honour and mission to help my clients move past what’s blocking them from reaching their full potential individually and within their relationships.
