What services do you offer?
I currently offer clients (at least 18 years of age) individual psychotherapy and counselling sessions focusing on personal concerns and mental wellness. All therapies and techniques implemented are based in empirical research and evidence-based literature.
Where are you located?
I am currently a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) serving residents of Ontario, Canada. I currently operate a virtual practice out of St. Catharine’s and Owen Sound.
Are you able to offer diagnoses?
No. Psychotherapists are not permitted to offer clients a diagnosis. That service is reserved for psychologists.
Do you offer psychotherapy or counselling on-site and/or in-person?
At this time, sessions are exclusively offered online or via telephone.
Do you offer couples counselling services?
At this time, I do not offer couples counselling services.
Do you offer direct billing for insurance claims?
Direct billing is currently not available. Clients are welcome to submit receipts to their insurance providers following payment. Please check with your insurance provider regarding specific coverage for psychotherapy services.
Do you offer sliding scale prices?
Yes. Sliding scale pricing helps keep therapy affordable, but availability is limited. Inquire regarding eligibility for financial assistance.
